Nebula
Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and UEFN Collective Inc. ("we", "us"), the maker of Nebula. By installing Nebula, signing in, or buying a plan or a shard pack, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Nebula.
1. What Nebula is
Nebula is a Windows desktop app that uses an AI agent to build inside your Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) projects. It runs Claude Code, which Anthropic makes, under your own Claude subscription. Nebula is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Epic Games, Anthropic or Discord.
To use Nebula you need:
- a PC running Windows 10 or 11, and UEFN;
- your own Claude Pro or Max subscription from Anthropic, under Anthropic's terms;
- a Nebula account.
Your Claude subscription is separate. What you pay Anthropic covers the AI. Nebula plans don't include AI usage, and we don't control Anthropic's limits, prices or availability.
2. Who can use Nebula
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Discord in your country. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Nebula and to buy a plan.
3. Your account
- You sign in with Discord, or with a key we give you.
- Keep your account to yourself. Don't share, sell or transfer it or its keys.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- The UEFN Collective's free shards come once per person and per PC. Creating extra accounts to collect free shards is not allowed.
4. Shards
Shards are how Nebula measures work. Nebula uses one shard for each step it takes in your project, such as a UEFN edit, a Blender action, a file edit or a command. Failed UEFN calls are free.
- Plan shards come with a paid plan or a student plan. They refill to your plan's amount at the start of each billing month. Unused plan shards don't carry over.
- Bonus shards come from free offers, like joining the UEFN Collective, getting verified on VerifyUGC, friends you refer, gifts and promotions. Bonus shards don't expire while your account is open.
- Pack shards come from shard packs you buy. Like bonus shards, they don't expire while your account is open.
- When you're out of shards, Nebula stops working until you get more.
Shards are a license to use Nebula, not property or money. They have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or refunds. We may change how many shards a step uses, or what an offer gives, with notice when we can.
5. Plans, packs and billing
- Who takes your payment. You pay through Link, Stripe's checkout. Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts. Your card statement shows LINK.COM. Link's terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance. They renew automatically each month at the same price until you cancel.
- Shard packs are one-time payments.
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard or your Link account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and then it doesn't renew.
- No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for unused shards or a partly used month, except where the law requires a refund or under Link's refund policy, which applies to every purchase and wins where it's more generous than ours.
- If you live somewhere that gives you a legal right to cancel and get your money back, we honor that right.
- We may change prices. A new price applies from your next billing month after we tell you, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Prices may not include tax. Any tax due is added at checkout.
6. Free offers and student plans
Free shards, bonus shards and student plans come from things like UEFN Collective membership, VerifyUGC verification, referrals or a UEFN Mastery enrollment. We may change or end them at any time. If you lose the role or enrollment that gave you a student plan, its monthly refills stop.
7. Using Nebula responsibly
Nebula's agent changes files in your projects and can run commands, based on the settings you choose.
- You're solely responsible for everything you make, publish or share with Nebula's help, and for how you use it. We don't review, monitor or control what you create, and we're not responsible for it.
- Nebula's AI works from your instructions. What it produces may be wrong, unsafe or infringing, and it's up to you to check it before you use or publish it.
- Keep backups or use source control. We're not responsible for lost or broken work.
8. Things you can't do
- Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute Nebula's knowledge cards or other content Nebula gives you. Cards are confidential, and copies can be traced back to the account that received them.
- Reverse engineer, modify or get around Nebula's limits, metering or security, except where the law allows it.
- Use Nebula to break the law or anyone's rights, or to attack, overload or interfere with our service.
- Resell access to Nebula, or let others use your account.
- Make or publish content that's illegal, sexualizes minors, is hateful or harassing, threatens violence, or infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Make cheats, exploits or malware, or anything that breaks Epic's Fortnite EULA, Island Creator Rules or Community Rules, or Anthropic's Usage Policy.
9. Your work
The projects, code and assets you make with Nebula are yours. We don't claim ownership of them. Nebula's app, website, knowledge cards and brand belong to us.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using Nebula and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current paid month.
11. No warranty
Nebula is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or right for your project. It depends on services we don't control, like Claude Code, UEFN and Discord, which can change or stop working.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost work, lost data, lost profits or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or US$50.
13. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of something you made or published with Nebula, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from it, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using Nebula after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Washington, except that either of us can use small claims court.
